Sponsorship FAQ
The band boosters plan and execute fundraisers, pay for instructors and accompianments, and are stewards for all of the money raised to ensure that funds are available when the program needs them.
Without fundraisers, many of the opportunities for the band program wouldn't be possible.
Sponsoring the Williamston Band program will allow your name and/or brand to be seen and heard throughout the year by the entire community and beyond. You'll also be confident that the sponsorship fee will be supporting the band program in many ways.

The Sponsorship is from July 1 - June 30. Basically, Band Camp through Graduation.
Renewals are due by May 31st of each year.
Between the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade bands (concert and jazz bands) as well as the High School bands, there are well over 20 concerts where there would be a program. Each program would include a thank you to each sponsor by name in order based on Sponsorship level.
During events when the trailer is being used, either while traveling or when parked at an event, stickers on the rear of the trailer will be able to be seen clearly.
However, the trailer is parked at the High School 95% of the time in a way that the rear of the trailer can't be easily seen. Having a sticker on the front (nose) of the trailer would allow for brand visibility year round.
Yes, if you'd like to use a logo then a high-resolution .png or Adobe file will need to be supplied.
If you'd like to just use your name then a logo is not needed.
No, the annual sponsorship does not include a specific sponsorship of the Marching Band's halftime shows at home football games.
At the end of each Halftime performance at home football games, the band's announcer will read a list of sponsors in order based on sponsorship level.
Sponsors will not be read at any marching event other than home football games in Williamston.
